These Terms of Service govern your use of Listline ("Service"), operated by Listline at listline.io. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Description of Service

Listline provides AI-powered phone answering agents for real estate listings. The Service answers inbound calls from prospective buyers, describes listing details, and books showings on your Google/Apple Calendar. The AI agent is not a licensed real estate agent and does not provide legal, financial, or real estate advice.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• Canceling during the trial period ends access at the trial expiration date.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
• Listing phone numbers are provisioned through Twilio and incur per-number costs included in your plan.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service for any property you do not have authority to market
• Input false or misleading listing information
• Attempt to circumvent the AI's Fair Housing compliance guardrails
• Use the Service to harass, deceive, or defraud callers
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service

Fair Housing Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Listline provides optional AI guardrails to help prevent discriminatory responses, but these do not guarantee compliance. You must not disable these guardrails for the purpose of steering buyers based on any protected class.

Call Recording and TCPA

The Service transcribes inbound calls. You are responsible for ensuring that call recording and transcription complies with the laws of the states in which your listings are located. Some states require two-party consent for call recording. You agree to indemnify Listline for any claims arising from your failure to comply with applicable recording laws.

Outbound SMS messages sent by the Service (booking confirmations, follow-ups) are sent to numbers that have initiated contact by calling your listing. You are responsible for ensuring SMS use complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

AI Limitations and Accuracy

The AI agent may occasionally provide inaccurate information, mishear callers, or handle unexpected situations poorly. You are responsible for reviewing call transcripts and verifying any bookings made. Listline is not liable for missed showings, incorrect booking times, or any business loss arising from AI errors.

Google/Apple Calendar Integration

By connecting your Google or Apple account, you authorize Listline to read your calendar availability and create events on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your account settings.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or third parties. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, missed appointments, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI will perform accurately in all situations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or dashboard notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
